On Tuesday January 16, Rotary Club Beirut Cosmopolitan and Rotary Club de Beyrouth hosted a dinner featuring our guest speaker HE Raya Haffar El Hassan, ex Minister of Finance in Lebanon and currently Chairman- General Manager of the Tripoli Special Economic Zone.
The dinner was well attended by Rotarians and distinguished guests who were treated to a very informative and realistic presentation on the topic Economic Development 2017-2018: Highlights and Outlook.
