RCBC Rotarian, Diana Cotran, ex executive vice president operations Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV) Geneva Switzerland, informed RCBC why Malaria is the disease of the poor.
More than 80 organizations work to eradicate the disease , one of whom the Bill Gates foundation. Rt Cotran talked about the history of malaria, what causes malaria, species of malaria, where does malaria occur, malaria vectors, what determines the spread of malaria, the control and eradication of malaria, prevention, treatment, diagnosis and global strategies to fight malaria.
