Don Bergman, president of International College talked about the "Invisible kids". First he talked about his professional bacground and how he noticed that there are a lot of Invisible Kids in the school, its Children who feel lonely and dont have friends.

While walking in the campus he spots them and spends time with them. Reasons range from trauma at home, or the fact that they might feel not attractive, fat, or maybe they are bullied by others.
Growing up in a privileged environment makes the children not appreciate the sacrifices and efforts their parents took.
Sucess has infinite definitions, so success should be measured differently for each child.
Philosophy of leadership, let people be free, children are more and more similar these days, parents should share guidance. Children need more guidance when they are Adolescents than when they are babies. Its not about teaching, its about learning
